The Port Chalmers's shipment of New Zealand apples sold, Dunns 7s 6d to 8s per case, Lord Wolseley 7s 6d to 9s, Cleopatras 8s 6d to 9s 3d, Delicious 7s to 8s 3d, Jonathans 7s to' 9s. —The Tamaroa's New Zealand pears, in boxes', sold, Boscs lls 6d to 13s 9d, Winter Cole 10s 6d to 12s 9d, Winter. Nelis 13s 9d to 14s 6d, Vicars 8s to 9s Gd, Clairgeau 9s to 10s 3d per box.. . •

The High Commissioner has cabled the Department of Agriculture, London, May 11, as follows: —

Tamaroa pears in sound, condition; apples slightly forward. Middlesex, Sultan Star, Doric Star, and Rangitane discharging next week.
