COMPLAINTS TO LEAGUE
HUNGARY AND YUGOSLAVIA
GENEVA, May 12. Hungary, has sent a letter to the League complaining of Yugoslav activities on the frontier, calculated seriously to affect Hungarian and Yugoslavian relations, and asks for th& Conncil's investigation .with a view to a solution.
The letter is accompanied by a 25----page dossier alleging that frontier mci-< dents occurring over several years hava occasioned the deaths of a dozen Hungarians.
Yugoslav quarters declare that they, have much more serious grievance* against the Hungarians.
