CLOSE OF MAY SERIES.
The Bank of New South Wales is in receipt of the following cable message from its London office, dated May 11:—"London wool sales closed. Merino, fine crossbreds, 5 per cent, to 10 per cent.; medium, coarse, 5 per cent, to 7% per cent.; slipe, 7% per cent, to 10 per cent., all lower than last sales close."
