BERLIN, May 11. A secret military tribunal, has sentenced to death Baroness Benita yon Berg, and. sentenced Captain Georg yon Sosnowski to twenty years' imprisonment, on charges of military espionage. The Press ignores tho ease, though it was a sequel to a*most sensational post-war spy case.. * ,

Captain yon Sosnowski is a'brilliant Polish soldier, 'socially prominent in Berlin, and a well-known racehorse owner and motorist. .Ho and the Baroness and scores of others wellknown in theatrical and film circles were arrested in February on charges of cspionago for Poland, Germany's newest ally. The majority, however, were released.
