MORTGAGORS RELIEF
WELLINGTON COMMISSION
CHANGE IN PERSONNEL
Consequent upon the resignation of Mr. W. L. Ward, chairman of the Wellington City Mortgagors' Liabilities Adjustment Commission, to take up the position of Deputy-Governor of the Eeserve Bank of New Zealand, it has been decided by the Government to allot the chairmanship of the Commission to Mr. C. D. Morpeth, one of the original members of the Commission.
The Minister of Justice (the Hon. J. G. Cobbe)" stated today that the Government had approved of the appointment of Mr. E. W. A. Kellow to fill the vacancy existing in the Wellington Commission.
Mr! Kellow is a public accountant of.'many years' standing and has had considerable business experience in Wellington..
