DUNEDIN CRIMINAL SITTINGS

DTJNEDIN, This Day
The criminal sittings of tho Supremo Court opened this morning with seven cases ranging from breaking, entering, and theft, and receipt of stolen goods to attempted indecent assault, indecent exposure, false pretences, and making false declarations.
In addressing the Grand Jury Mr. Justice Kennedy said that the calendar was entirely free from any crime of
violence.
