FAREWELL LUNCHEON
FRANCE AND LORD TYRRELL

The French Premier, M. Doumergue; and; members of tho French Cabinet today gave a luncheon at | the Quai d 'Orsay in honour of Lord Tyrrell, retiring British Ambassador.
All Cabinet Ministers wore present, and others included M. Bcranger,. president of the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, and M. Bastide, president of the Chamber of Deputies Foreign Affairs Committee. ' •
