STRATFORD AND EGMONT (By Telegraph—Press Association.) . ELTHAM, ThisrDay. According to the Eltham " Argus," current rumour has it that with the announced retirement of Mr. C. A. Wilkinson, member for Egmont, at the completion of the present Parliament's term of office, the Hon. E. Masters, Minister of Education, will contest the Stratford scat, Mr. W. J. Poison, the present Coalition member, retiring from Stratford to .contest the Egmont seat. -, .
