DO WE SPOIL THEM?

THE CHILDREN OF TODAY

MOTHERS' DISCUSSION

An animated discussion on "Do We Spoil Our Children'" took up most of tho time at the monthly meeting of the League of Mothers held recently at Mirumar.

In tho summing up, the different group leaders expressed the opinion that it was essential to make the happiness of children an earnest part of the purpose in training them. The only instinct \a which they responded was that which encouraged them to return the lovo and attention bestowed on them. Spiritual food was as necessary for the growth of the mind as that required by the body. Children, it was decided, may be likened to a mirror winch clearly reflects the training they have received.

After the serving of afternoon tea Airs. Wall (president) thanked all members for their hearty co-operation, and brought the meeting to a close by quoting a good thought fov tho month. "Love is the forgetfubiess of self."
