All books and sample-packets and newspapers must be posted at this office HALF AN HOUR before the time of closing ordinary letter-mails. Books, sample packets, and newspaper mails close at Wellington East and Te Aro Post Offices at 11 a.m.. 1 p.m., 2.30 p.m., 4 p.m., and 5 p.m. daily.
