"The Labour Party will not take office unless it has.a clear majority over the whole House, and then we do so with the avowed intention of completely changing the Capitalistic system," stated /Sir Stafford Cripps, 'former Solicitor-General of the United Kingdom,'interviewed on Friday. The trouble with the .former Labour■ Government, he said, had been that it tried to be Socialistic under a Capitalistic regime. "You cannot have half-and-half," he said, "that's the reason why community ownership of certain tilings like the Canadian National Railways oftei fails to work." .
