STAFF CHANGES
It is announced that Mr. F. H. Muirhead, Assistant District Public Trustee at Palmerston North, has been appointed District Public Trustee, New Plymouth, in succession to Mr. D. L. McKay, who has resigned from the staff of the Public Trust Office. ■ •
Mr: Muirhead joined the. staff of the Public Trust Office at Dunedin as a cadet in 1912, and has been a member of the staff of the office since that timejsvith the exception of 2% years during the war period, when he served as a member of the New Zealand Expeditionary Forces. In 1927 he was appointed Assistant District Public . Trustee, Palmerston. North, which position, he has held up to the present time. Mr. Muirhead is a qualified accountant by examination.- He will be succeeded as Assistant District Public Trustee at Palmerston .North by Mr. B. C. B. Dickson, who-is at present attached to the Auckland branch of the Public Trust Office. .
Mr. Dicksou joined the staff of the Internal Affairs Deaprtnieut in. 1915 and was shortly ; afterwards \: transferred, to the Public Trust Office, to which he has since been attached with the exception of a period, of 2% years .when he was serving with the New Zealand Expeditionary Forces. Mr. Dickson has had experience in the Auckland, Duncdin, and Wellington branches of the office in addition, to head office experience, and for four years he was attached to the departmental training class for junior officers as instructor in the estates administration • work. He is a qualified solicitor.
' These changes will be brought into operation shortly, and, pending their completion, Mr. C. K. White; of the Estates Division of the Public Trust Office, Wellington, is to assume control temporarily of the. New Plymouth;branch office.
