FEILDING PRICES
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Co., Feilding, reports an average entry of both sheep and cattle at Feilding on Friday. The entry of sheep was not up to the usual standard, more especially in lambs. Prices were good, for the quality is still in favour of venders,. Range of prices:—Fat lambs, w.f., 19s 6d to 19s 10ddo.; b.f. (pets),.2ss Id to 20s Gd;"wethers 23s 3d; ewes, 17s, ISs; extra, 19s; 2-tooth ewes (indifferent), 21s 6d,to 23s 6d; do., medium, 25s to 26s 6d; 4-tooth do., 27s to 27s Gd; 4 and 5-year ewes, up to 20s 7d; owe lambs, small, 15s to los 7d;> wether lambs, w.f., . 12s to 15s; good to 16s 2d; b.f. lambs, ■ 12s, 14s to 15s 6d. Cattle.— Fat cattle, P.A. heifers, £5; unfinished station,. 37s (id to £2 18s 6d; fat dairy cows, £2 15s, £3 15s; store cattle, 4-year S.H. bullocks, £5 8s; 2% to 3%-year steers, £3 7s to £4 6s 6d; discoloured steers, £3 7s; store cows, 30s to £2 7s; cull do., 15s to 235; potter bulls, £4 3s to £5 Bs.
