Wintry -weather with a strong wind an^ a choppy sea made conditions unpleasant for the life-saving carnival at Worser Bay; yesterday. Nevertheless, a fair numberof people watched the competitions, twoi of which were won by the Lyall Bay Chib^ and. one by Maranui. . ...
