MISS FLORENCE ALLEN
FIRST U.S. FEDERAL JUDGE ROOSEVELT APPOINTMENT. (Received March 7; 2. p.m.) A WASHINGTON, March 6.; President Roosevelt today appointed Miss Florence Allen to a Judgeship in the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals; Miss Allen, who is now in the Ohio Supreme Court, is the-first woman to be made a Federal Judge.
