ESTIMATES FOR 1934 BUILDING PROGRAMME (Received March 7, 1 p.m.) LONDON, March 6. The Navy Estimates for 1934 show a net total of £56,550,000 compared with £53,570,000 for 1933. Tho new construction programme includes four cruisers, of which three are of the new Minotaur type, one Arethusa, one Leander, eight destroyers, one aircraft carrier, two patrol type submarines, one mine-layer submarine.
