LOVELY TABLEAUX TOWN HALL ENTERTAINMENT Some particularly beautiful tableaux are being shown. at the Town Hall: each evening at the "Gipsy Encampment" in aid of the City Mission funds. There is a wealth of colour and detail, all artistically blended, and the subjects of the pictures are well chosen. Some of the tableaux are "moving" ones, and others are "stationary," this adding much to their variety and interest. Tonight those shown will include "Cleopatra Brought to Caesar"; "Vashti"; "Bells- of Remembrance"j and "Dante Meeting Beatrice." Appropriate music and singing accompanies the pictures, and the entertainment can be heartily recommended to those who enjoy beautiful scenes in pleasant .surroundings. The "campfire" and the "Gipsies" take part in the evening's entertainment, and the part singing is particularly good, the orchestra being under charge of Mr. Gilby. 'Mr. Joe Knowsley's pupils give some of their charming dancing entertainments, with solos and ballets of the daintiest description. All services are given free, and it is hoped that there will be large audiences for this delightful show. Refreshments and ices, etc., may be obtained in the-hall, and a thoroughly good evening's entertainment is given each night.
