United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright, (Received March 5, 11 a.m.) ROME, March 4. It is^officially announced that Siguor Mussolini's discussions with Dr. Dollfuss and General Gombos have been arranged for March 14-16. It is believed that Signor Mussolini is- aiming at planning economically to restore tho Dauubian States, probably giving Austria and Hungary an outlet to the sea through Trieste and perhaps Fiume. This may assist British trade, as it is understood negotiations are in progress for the importation, of British coal into Austria in exchange for timber.
