United rrcE3 Association—By Electric TeleCrapn—Copyright. . (Received March 2, 2 p.m.) LONDON, March 1. We are watching Dr. Dollfuss's efforts to heal the wounds of civil strife, and hope that this internal pacification will not be hampered by subversive outside interference. '* ■! Referring to Britain's ever-increasing attention to international affairs, he said that the whole world had become a sounding board. "Far-off events profoundly affect this country's prosperity. Britain's fundamental desire to promote world peace does not mean unjustifiable interference, but merely that her influence has become greater, because in a swaying, agitated world she has remained- steady under a widelybased National Government."
