MUTINEERS' COMPLAINT

(Eeceived March 1, 11 a.m.) CAPE TOWN, February 28. The Norwegian vessel Fagervik arrived at Durban with eleven,of the crew of twenty in irons. The prisoners refused to -work three days out from Bombay,l and complained at Port Louis that the vessel was unseaworthy with insufficient lifeboats.' This was not proved and the men were ordered to return to work again. They refused to work arid forced all hands to. sign a petition that the food was unfit to eat.
