PRINCE AT BIRMINGHAM

RUGBY, February 27.

When the Prince of Wales flqw in his private aeroplane today from Windsor to tho British Industries Fair in Birmingham, he encountered snow storms, heavy clouds, and very bumpy conditions.

Ho made an extensive "tour of the Fair and showed great interest in many of the displays, which are principally devoted at Birmingham to heavy industries. '

Both tho London sections of the Fair were today visited by tho Prime Minister, who declared himself much impressed. '' The Fair gets better every year," ho said, "and it cheers me to hear of the great improvement in the trade being done."
