■WASHINGTON, February 26.

Mr. Louis McFaddeu\ (Republican), Pennsylvania, told tho House of Representatives today that he believed the country had gono long enough without information as to what Messrs. H. Hoover and'-Ramsay Mac Donald had talked about when they sat on. a log at, Bapidan. ,

"I have been t old, "MrtMcFadden said, "and I think my informant reliable, that Mr. Mac Donald offered to transfer the Bermuda Islands to the United States in part payment of its war debt, and that, after consideration, ■Mr. Hoover declined. I have also heard Mr. Hoover's reasons for declining, but I think ho should be allowed to make his own explanation."
