PREMIERS' CONFERENCE
MR. STEVENS SAYS NOT
MELBOURNE, February 27,
' Though the Premiers' Conference is unfinished, Mr. B. S. B. Stevens, New South Wales/ leaves for Sydney tonight. He considers it incorrect to say the conference has failed. Those who were anxious to see the financial agreement preserved and the financial provisions of the Constitution retained will regard the conference as a success.
