ESCAPEE FROM AORANGJ

SYDNEY, This Day. William Orr, a former.member of the Byrd Expedition, who while detained on the Aorangi asa prohibited immigrant, escaped through a porthole, telephoned the Union Company and said that he would visit the office and explain the position. He had not done so late last night. The police are still searching for him.
