E. James, husband of the woman, intended to proceed against the board for damages. . . .
The hospital committee reported that after holding an inquiry into the tragedy/it was decided that two women members of the.staff, who. had been in attendance on the woman, should be given an opportunity of remaining in the.board's service,'but in subordinate positions. ■ . "'" .-•■•.
