A sensation has been caused by the announcement that relatives of M; Prince, ex-chief of tho Public: Prosecutions Department, whoso body was found on the railway lino near Bijon, intend taking action against M. Chautcmps, ox-Premier, for defamation of . the murdered Judge's character,, in statements allegedly imputing that M. Prince was possibly killed following a rendezvous with a woman. •
