ABUSE OF SYSTEM
POSITION IN CHRISTCHURCH

Serious abuses of the system of weekly passes recently instituted on the Christchurch tramways system were described by the chairman of the board, tho Rev. J. Iv Archer, today. He stated that passes were being lent indiscriminately, and wero even being purchased by firms for the use of their" staffs. . v
