The position as.the outcome of thisdiscussion and recent consideration bytho board is that the board's cngU iieer will prepare plans and estimates'. for the proposed extension, ■""■■which" would consist of pipe lines,1 surge clmm-: ber, penstock and powerhouse, extension,: and a new turbine and generator to pro--vide for an extra 5000 kilowatts. Thesoplans will subsequently be submitted to" the Department for approval and' to the board for decision.
