NEW YORK, February 25,
A N.A.N.A. copyright message from Vladivostok states that, although the Soviet is believed to possess hundreds of thousands of'well-equipped troops of all branches, provisioned and . munitioned for a year's warfare and strategically distributed over, tho Soviet Manehurian frontier from Station -86 opposite Manchouli to Grodikovo, opposite Pogranichnaya, it is anticipated that any, conflict will be.mainly aerial. Consequently the Soviet is developing its air service to the point Of capacity not only to repel ah invasion but to counter-attack with powerful bombers able to cross the Sea of Japan with several tons ■'. of bombs and terrorise Kobe and Tokio and make havoc of industrial centres.
