CALCUTTA, February 24. At .a meeting, 5000 warlike Afridis wove addressed by Sir Ralph Griffith, Governor of the North-West Frontier Province. A spokesman for the tribesmen pledged loyalty to the Government, and. said that .they were formulating proposals for economic improvement.
