One morning as I was walking down tberoad, I met a little kitten! She tame up to me and rubbed herself against my legs. She was a sad little kitten, shivering with cold, and halfstarved.- I took her home and put her in a warm basket. Then-I gave her. a saucer of milk and a piece of meat.
