HALIFAX (Nova Scotia); Feb. 23. The 84 tons of New Zealand butter impounded iere for several days were released today to go forward to the importers in Montreal and Toronto. A total, of "5000. boxes' of a shipment of 8000 boxes which arrived via the United Kingdom are still held.
