Hon. G: W. J'orbes), and members of the Cabinet, the Leader, of tho Opposition (Mr. M. J. bavage), local members of Parliament, members of the Consular Corps, the Mayor and councillors of Wellington, the naval and military authorities, the Navy League and the heads of Government Departments. -■
