AWARDED EX-PREMIER
1 INFRINGEMENT OF RIGHTS
MELBOURNE, Efeceniber 4.
Mr. Edmond Hogan., former Labour Premier of Victoria, was awarded one shilling damages against thfe' central executive of the- Australian Labour Party for infringements of his rights by excluding him from a pre-selection ballot for a State Parliamentary seat.
Mr. Justice Gavan Duify said that the executive's action was contrary to the rules of the organisation.
