CLAUDE NEON LIGHTS (VICTORIA), LTD.
Claude Neon Lights (Victoria), Ltd., lias advised that an agreement has been reached under, which arrears of dividends on the 9 per cent, cumulative preference shares to June, 1932,' be cancelled, and that the dividend rate be 6 per cent., with participating right up to 9 per cent, with ordinary shares. Claude Neon Lights (Australasia), Ltd., which is a Canadian company, in the event of the Victorian company .not having sufficient profit; to pay 6.per cent, on the preference shares for the years ended' June 30, 1933, and ending June 30, 1034, will provide funds ,to make the rate 6 per cent., but will be entitled to be recouped in later years atter 6 per cent, has been distributed on both classes of shares. •
Shareholders' of Wellington Queen's Theatre Co., Ltd., adopted the report and balance-sheet and agreed to a dividend of 5 per cent, per annum. Messrs. C. G. Wilson' and, T. .I. Foley were re-elected directors, and Mr. G. Rose, auditor.
