On the Sydney ' Stock Exchange tiJday general ' investments were somewhat iricgular, although' the market was more active than earlier in the week. A firmer tone was noticeable for Goldsbrough Mort, Colonial Sugar, and Commonwealth bonds, while among the banks the Commercial Banking Co. of Sydney was most in demand.
