Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having held a very successful cattle fair at Masterton on Monday. The cattle, .which were well bred and in good condition, came forward well up to advertised numbers, and were submitted to a/ representative attendance of buyers. Prices on the whole showed an advance. On account of the recent good rains, bullocks were in strong demand, and young cattle met with a ready sale.
