United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph— Copyright. (Received November 8, 10 a.m.) ' LONDON, November 7. An Indian loan for £10,000,000 at 3% per cent, per annum, issued at £97, and maturing 1954-59, haa been underwritten to replace 6 per cent, bonds maturing on December 15 next.
