MIDLAND C.C. JUBILEE

The Midland Cricket Club has entered upon its jubilee season, and, having a strong membership, it is keen to make the season one of notable achievement. The seniors were not alone in starting off with a win; all other Midland teams performed so 'well last Saturday as to givo the club an exceptionally fine return, in club championship points. The tally of results shows that the Midland Club netted 110 of these points for the one series of matches —a highly gratifying initial step towards the season's objective. Institute, Old Boys also gained high championship points, their lotal being little short of the century junrk.
