RUGBY, November 6. Members of both Houses of Parliament reassemble tomorrow. The present session will terminate next week and a new session will be opened by the King on the following Tuesday, November 21. Save for the question time the whole of tomorrow's proceedings in the House of Commons will be occupied by the discussion on disarmament. At the opening of the debate the Foreign Secretary (Sir John Simon) will make a full statement, upon the situation and upon the course which the British Government had followed during recent developments. Among other speakers will be the j Leader of the Opposition (Mr. George Lansbury), Sir Herbert Samuel, .Sir Austen Chamberlain, and Mi-.
