SHANGHAI, November 6.
Tho first effect of v the anti-Semitic policy of*the Hitler Government was experienced at Shanghai today with the arrival of the first batch of several hundred German Jews who were forced to leave Germany following tlio persecution. They include twenty.-six scientists, doctors, and other highly skilled professional men. The Germans arrived with their families and purpose making their home in China. Their advent is regarded with considerable; satisfaction by the Chinese authorities, who are prepared to avail themselves of their services and are placing every facility in their way.
