COLLISION DAMAGES
Reserved judgment was given by Mr* W. F. Stilwell, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today in a case in winch Thomas Henry Newton (Mr. R. L. A. Cresswell) claimed from William Ernest Berry (Mr. W. P. Rollings) £47 16s as cost of repairs, general damages, arid depreciation to his car resulting from a collision between his and the defendant's car on .the Evans Bay Road on June S. The defendant couutercJaimed for £27 5s 6d.
