BALBOA, November 4.
Bear-Admiral B. E. Byrd sailed aboard the Jacob Buppert for Dunedin, where he will a"wait the Boar of Oakland. A visit to Valparaiso has been cancelled. Bainfall has relieved the suffering of the dogs from unusual heat.
