World shipments are, small, with the quantity afloat slightly reduced. Parcels were steady, Australians and Europeans maintaining late rates. Futures: Londop, December 20s Id -per quarter, February 20s 4d, April 20s lOd; Liverpool, December 4s 7%d per cental, March 4s 10 3-Sd, May 4s 117-Bd.
