TWO COURTS-MARTIAL
CRUISER DIOMEDE RETURNING

AUCKLAND, This Day. Two cburts-niartial will be hold at the, naval bas,e at Devonpdrt this week, the first opening on Wednesday under the presidency of €aptaiu W. ,L. Jackson. The Naval Secretary, PaymasterCommander R. F. Durman, has arrived from Wellington to act as deputy judge advocate. •
The cruiser Diomede, whoso presence is required in connection with the courts-martial, is expected' to arrive* tomorrow' night. . She was originally not scheduled to return from her southern cruise till December 7.
