WATER ON MILK LORRY

A fine of 10s was imposed upon Fandallah Khouri in the Magistrate's Court today for carrying water on a milk lorry. The case was the subject of a reserved judgment by Mr. ( E. Page, S.M., the question involved being that of an employer's liability for the acts of his servant.
