He said afterwards that Noel was as cheerful as can be expected of a man confined in a cell 13ft by 7ft. His brother said:' ''When they have gone through my papers they will be obliged to admit that my arrest was a mistake. " pi. Panter is confident that his brother will be released next week and not tried.
