POSTAL THEFTS
ALLEGATIONS AGAINST BOY
(By Tolegrapb.—Press Association.) CHEISTCHUECH, October 27. Alleged to have found a post office key that had been left-in a letter-box, and thereafter to have stolen letters containing money, a youth of 17 years of age was charged in tiio Magistrate's Court today with theft. The Chief Detective said that the amount involved would probably be £100, and the number of letters stolen 1000. " ■ . • The boy, whoso name was suppressed in the meantime, was charged with the theft on September £8 of 13s belonging to Glassons, Ltd., and was remanded to November ".
