The Berlin ' correspondent of the "Morning Post" describes the ambitious campaign in Germany for the spread of racial knowledge, racial hygiene, and biology. Every newspaper in Germany (he writes) contains on its front page the statement sent out last night by the Propaganda Ministry. Startling, headlines, such as "Learn to think in biological terms" and " The biological revolution marches forward" call the attention of the public to the statement,! Which deals with.the importanco to the: Stato of the family with many child-; ren. .' '. i This is but the beginning. All the numerous societies in Germany aro to be flooded with explanatory material gathered by the Propaganda Ministry, which, it is hoped, they will not neglect to spread among their members. In the "nation's hour" on the wireless this week a little play dealing with the necesssity for State biological control of marriage was broadcast. Press, film, and wireless arc to be pressed into'the service of this propaganda. Single people will be made to feel like criminals, and even parents with one or two. children will be urged to have more children. Every German, it is stated, must understand what race and. heritage values signify. All laws in this particular field will be brought out by the Prussian Ministry of the Interior, and tho function of the Propaganda Ministry is merely to prepare the ground for | joyful acceptance of all such decrees. A small penny 'brochure written in simple language is being prepared for mass circulation. • House owners who refuse to let | apartments to families with children hnvo boon warned for the last time that prison or tho concentration camp may await them should they persist in such methods.
