FREMANTLE, October 24. _■ Among the passengers who arrived from London on board the Mooltan today is Mr. J. C. Buckingham, the oldest member of the M.C.C., who-is making his. thirty-fifth visit to New Zealand for trout fishing. ■'..-' Mr. Buckingham said that the cricket relations between England and Australia ■• were quite cordial despite the recent storm. He was confident England would retain the Ashes owing to the entry of several young and promis ing players into the picture —notably Langridge, Valentine, and Walters.
